In Madhya Pradesh, to provide free HIV testing and counseling services not only to the general public but also to high-risk groups, pregnant women, STI patients, and TB patients, a total of 206 Integrated Counseling and Testing Centres (ICTCs) are operational. In addition, 8 PPP-ICTCs are also functioning under the Public-Private Partnership model.

To expand HIV testing services, Integrated Counseling and Testing Centres are also being operated under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. With the coordination of the National Health Mission (NHM), Facility Integrated Counseling and Testing Centres (FICTCs) are being run in other government health institutions.

During the financial year 2024–25, up to December 2024, the following tests were conducted through these ICTC and FICTC centers:

• • Total tests conducted for the general public – 1,446,932
• • Total reported HIV positive cases (general public) – 5,066

मध्यप्रदेश में एच.आई.व्ही. जांच एवं परामर्श की सुविधा जन सामान्य के साथ ही उच्च जोखिम समूहों,गर्भवती महिलाओं,यौन रोगियों एवं क्षय रोगियों को निःशुल्क उपलब्ध कराने के लिए 206 एकीकृत परामर्श एवं जांच केन्द्र (आई.सी.टी.सी.) कार्यरत हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त 8 पी.पी.पी. आई.सी.टी.सी. भी संचालित हैं।

एच.आई.व्ही. जांच सुविधाओं के विस्तार हेतु पब्लिक प्रायवेट पार्टनरशिप स्कीम के अंतर्गत भी एकीकृत परामर्श एवं जांच केन्द्र संचालित हैं। एन.एच.एम. के समन्वय से फेसिलिटी इंटीग्रेटेड काउंसलिंग एवं टेस्टिंग सेंटर (एफ.आई.सी.टी.सी.) अन्य शासकीय चिकित्सा संस्थानों मंस संचालित हैं।

वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में दिसम्बर 2024 तक इन आई.सी.टी.सी. एवं एफ.आई.सी.टी.सी. केन्द्रों के माध्यम से निम्नानुसार जांचें हुईं:-
